Wow, the past couple days have been busy. We left Brussels Friday afternoon, and flew to Barcelona. Our hotel was in the Gothic Quarter, just a few blocks from La Rambla. We spent the afternoon walking the area, watching the human statues, and of course shopping! We had a nice dinner with some of our cruisemates, and we both made some new friends. Saturday morning we boarded the ship, and have been busy getting settled in. Well, I've been getting us settled, while Jasmine has been playing in the kids club, and swimming with her new friend Taylor.
We sailed from Barcelona this evening, and enjoyed a fun sail away party out on deck. Jasmine watched Robin Hood under the stars for awhile on the big screen out by the pool. And I had fun in the “no kid” zone nightclub area!
We've got wireless internet in the cabins, which is pretty awesome. So I decided to get a bit caught up on this blog.
Tomorrow is a fun filled day at sea followed by formal night and the Golden Mickey show (one of our favorites).
